Presence in the Air

training course
8. - 17. September 2026  in Poland

"Your presence is the greatest present"

We are inviting you for an 8-day journey towards presence.

At the heart of this training lies juggling and embodied movement practices as simple, accessible, and playful ways of cultivating attention, grounding and inner stability.

Through juggling, movement, mindfulness, creative expression, play and nature connection, we will explore how engaging the body and attention can naturally bring us into the present moment.

In today’s fast-paced and overstimulated world, these practices can become powerful tools for slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, regulating attention and stress, and developing a more conscious and grounded relationship with life.

Rather than focusing on performance or achievement, we are interested in the experience itself — entering, building, losing, and regaining flow; presence, listening, curiosity, playfulness, silence, and coordination.

Through juggling and embodiment, we will also explore how these practices can function as a living metaphor for everyday life. The experience of balance, loss, adaptation, rhythm, and re-centering becomes a tangible way to reflect on how we navigate attention, challenges, and complexity in our daily lives.

In this sense, juggling and movement are not only creative or physical activities, but also a gentle and accessible way to explore awareness, resilience, grounding, and presence in a very direct and experiential form.

Aim and objectives

The aim of this training course is to explore juggling, embodied movement, mindfulness, and playful creative practices as accessible tools for cultivating presence, wellbeing, and self-awareness in both personal and professional life.

Through experiential learning and shared practice, we intend to support participants in developing greater attention, grounding, emotional regulation, and resilience, while also deepening their capacity for authentic connection, curiosity, and reflective practice.

A key objective is to translate these embodied experiences into the context of youth work and education, offering participants practical approaches that can support young people’s wellbeing, focus, and personal development in an increasingly fast-paced and overstimulated world, and to contribute to more sustainable ways of living, learning, and working with young people.
