The Training Course
Follow up
We provide to participants materials to gain basic knowledge on the topic of mindfulness which we work with later in the course on practical level.
We come together to explore the topic, experience its core activities, design our activities and find suitable ways how to apply them into daily lives and youth work.
Participants implement gained competences into their personal & proffesional lives and carry on the message of the project.
